Deffinately 1 of my favorite RHP in this Class.Kohl Stewart obviously is #1 on my board for the Prep SP but Casey Shane is deffinately a name coming close to the top.Him along with Kevin Davis and Robert Tyler are easily 3 of the most underrated SP in this class up to date.Hunter Harvey and Hunter Greene are 2 other guys who deserve more credit.
With Shane he already has a pretty good size to him.I wonder how much projection he has left.
I don’t think there is a whole lot of projection left physically. His secondary stuff is going to get better though and that will make a big difference for him.
I like all of the guys you mentioned as underrated, but Tyler is my favorite in that group.
That’s the feeling I got. He’s not going to grow a whole bunch more. But his FB is already hitting 90-94 and touching 96 so it’s not like he needs the velocity it’s just refinement on the off-speed stuff. His control and command are actually pretty good for a HS SP.I wonder when the time comes if he’s one of those arms who would move quickly through a system despite being a HS kid.Not saying he’s some out of this world talent. But he has the polish in HS already to see it as a logical thing.
