BLF Showcases Start In June

by Staff | Posted on Monday, December 10th, 2012

Big League Futures is very excited to announce that we will begin holding showcases in 2013.

We have been working nonstop to ensure that these events are a success.  The input of scouts, coaches, and players has been crucial throughout the planning process.  Thank you to everyone who has helped us up to this point.

In addition to showcases for high school players, BLF will also be holding showcases for Junior College players in most of the locations that we visit.

Our first showcase will be held in San Diego on the weekend of June 8-9.  The 18U portion of the event will be on Saturday and the JC portion will be on Sunday.  Professional scouts and college coaches have stated their intention to attend both days of the event.

Showcases are also planned in Texas, New Jersey, and Washington.  You can view our showcase schedule here.

More announcements will be coming soon.

Very cool news, congratulations. Great things have been happening at this site for a long time now, and this is yet another exciting byproduct of all the hard work, dedication, and draft knowledge that Matt and company put in on a daily basis. Really proud day for the independent draft community, I’d say. Again, congratulations.
